The Westin Mumbai Garden City Along With Jyoti Balani Plays Host To A Well Curated Evening Of Art And Wine.

The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Jyoti Balani staged an exclusive event “Art for the Soul” on Saturday, 24th May 2014. The event held at The Grand Westin Ballroom at The Westin Mumbai Garden City was attended by, art aficionados from the corporate and social circles coming together sipping on fine wine and savoring the finger food.

Art is pulsating and eclectic - expressing various stylized trends. The skill of fine art is innovative, challenging, imaginatively provocative and experimental. Art and artist usually are perceived to be abstractionist. But for an artist and art lover it’s an idiom of inner feelings.

The celebrated artist for the evening Sangeeta Babani, is known for figurative work that creates quite an impact.  The subject of her art reflects a fusion of her Spanish upbringing and traditional Indian life. The canvases presented by her are a depiction of her feelings and each a masterpiece with a story of its own.

The perfect event was well crafted by Jyoti Balani who is a passionate wine enthusiast and food writer. Her take on eateries are among the profound ones as she speaks for food and places worthy of being known.The evening was graced by the renowned artist of the Art-Indian Classical Music fraternity Mr. Anoop Jalota.
