We are ranked 17 by Economic Times Great Place to Work Survey 2014. Within 3 years of our participation we have had an exciting boost from 87 to 17 this year. We share our coveted space with Multinational and Indian companies from various sectors and industries like Google, Tata, Godrej, American Express, Microsoft, Vodafone and many more. It is superbly fulfilling to be a part of such a great organization that encourages in building dynamic careers for all the associates.
It is gratifying to be part of an achieving team which is a highly cohesive, diverse and aligned group of performers each skilled in their own domains. This valuable recognition is an endorsement of our hard work, commitment work culture and passion that makes us a great and invigorating organization to work in. With our enterprising 2,586 associates we bridge the gap between night shift associates and senior management by constituting a monthly get together 'Breakfast with Excom for Night Shift Associates’. This thoughtful tradition was well received by the survey.
