films. He is a legend of the Indian film industry. At the age of 70, Mr.
Amitabh Bachchan continues to work with sincerity. With Kaun Banega Crorepati Season
6, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan is back with an eventful show.
On the sets of Sony Entertainment Television's hit show Kaun
Banega Crorepati, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 70th birthday.
To help celebrate the occasion, The Westin Mumbai Garden City’s culinary team
prepared a huge cake. The brief given to our culinary team was to prepare a
cake to celebrate the 70th Birthday of this legend Mr. Bachchan. Our
celebrity Chef Ajay Chopra along with Pastry Chef Shubham Paliwal and the
culinary team brainstormed to find the perfect cake. Our team decided to make 3
parts, one part as number 7, another part as number 0 with the KBC logo and the
last part containing a picture of Mr. Bachchan. The total weight of the cake was
10kg and our Pastry team spent over 4 hours preparing the cake.
Indian Idol 6 winner Vipul Mehta opens the episode with a
birthday song composed especially for the occasion. The episode of the 70th
Birthday celebration aired on 12th October 2012. The Westin Mumbai
Garden City team wishes Mr. Amitabh Bachchan a Happy Birthday. He is an
