The exciting ‘European Restaurant Week’ scheduled from 6th to 12th September in Mumbai, Italian signature restaurant Prego at The Westin Mumbai Garden City  is set to take its guests on an European gastronomic trip with a special menu inspired from ‘Tastes of Europe’.

Prego is the fun-dining Italian restaurant that is casual but up-scale and contemporary in design. A culinary art house for gourmet experimentalists the venue offers artistic flavours of Italy and other European countries.

Executive Chef Ajay Chopra with his team of gourmet experts have crafted a special menu inspired from ‘Tastes of Europe’ campaign, special emphasis is laid on increasing consumer awareness about European dishes, ingredients and flavours during the food promotion. The set menu will offer scrumptious fair with items such as Carpaccio di Pollo Affumicato, Zuppa del Doge, Pizza Nello stile del Lazio, Risotto Fungi with Truffle Essence, Pacchero Farcito Gratinato, Penne Con Panna Mascarpone e Pollo and more.
