Our culinary champions kick start year four with FOUR medals






Our culinary champions participated in the Great Indian Culinary Challenge (GICC) last week. GICC is the industry's professional food preparation competition, providing a platform where culinary professionals across India can display their individual and collective skills, learn, share experiences, partner and network. 






Over 25 hotels from across the country participated in the challenge including the talented culinary team from The Westin Mumbai Garden City. This event took place from 10 – 12 January 2013, The Westin Mumbai Garden City culinary stars were a part of this auspicious event and made us proud by winning 4 awards:
