Building a gingerbread house is an old Christmas tradition and has been followed in India as well. Gingerbread Houses gained its popularity with the tales of Hansel and Gretel. Prego at The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Nine Hills wines brings to you an unforgettable evening with Chef Michael Swamy’s ‘Wine in Food’ 7 city Odyssey, created with the accompaniment of Executive Chef Ajay Chopra on Friday, 29th November starting from 7.30 pm onwards at just INR 2000 + taxes.

Watch the two great Chefs’, Winner of The Gourmand Award Paris 2012 for Best Indian Cookbook Michael Swamy and Master Chef Ajay Chopra, preparing the best food tossed in Wine and imparting their magical flavors to a plethora of gourmet cuisine. Watch them show off their culinary skills as they put together a delicious blend of dishes like Muddled Seasonal Fruit, Salad in Red & White Wine Dressing and Easy Coq Au Vin all cooked in the best wines from the house of Nine Hills.
